Requirements
Take ownership of the complete recruitment process, from job analysis through to offer negotiation.
Develop and implement tailored sourcing strategies to identify top candidates for UK-based positions.
Conduct thorough resume reviews, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and provide expert advice on talent acquisition strategies.
Ensure a positive experience for candidates by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the process.
Utilise recruitment technologies and platforms to track candidates and streamline processes.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and strategies to management.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a recruiter, with a focus on end-to-end recruitment in the UK market.
Strong understanding of UK employment laws and market trends.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment software.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
