Minimum Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Business Development, Sales, or a related field

-5 years proven experience in relationship management, client liaison, or sales

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Own vehicle and valid driver’s license (essential)

Willingness to travel frequently to client sites

Must be able to work under pressure

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary contact between the company and client organizations hosting learners

Identify and onboard suitable employers to host learners

Secure permanent employment opportunities for learners’ post-program

Support learner payroll administration for seamless operations

Build and maintain customer relationships by conducting regular site visits

Address and resolve customer and learner concerns efficiently

Upsell and cross-sell the company products and services as part of the project’s value offering
