Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented team member to help service a major uniform contract. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This position requires effective communication abilities and meticulous attention to details. The Embroidery Machine Operator and Customer Service Assistant will embroider uniforms approximately 3 days a week and assist the Contract Customer Service Manager in all aspects of servicing the employees of our major contracted customer. Must be able to multi-task.
Responsibilities
- Customizing uniform items with customer logo, payroll numbers and job titles.
- Taking customer orders via phone, in-house or at customer locations as needed.
- Filling the orders in the warehouse.
- Assisting with administrative duties including order entry.
- Regularly delivering orders in small boxes to the customers’ locations in small company provided vehicles.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years embroidery experience required.
- Familiarity with data entry and order fulfillment processes necessary.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Sewing and other uniform customization experience is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 – $21.00 per hour
