We are hiring x2 experienced Electrical Supervisors to oversee electrical installations and maintenance for our client’s Power Plant. The role requires a National Diploma in Electrical Power Engineering and 5 years of plant-related experience.
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily electrical operations and installations in the power plant.
Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance are followed by the team.
Plan and allocate tasks to electrical staff effectively.
Monitor and report on the progress of electrical projects.
Conduct performance reviews and provide training to electrical teams.
Oversee the maintenance of electrical systems, ensuring they are fully operational.
Requirements
National Diploma in Electrical Power Engineering
5 years of experience in a plant-related electrical role
Strong leadership and communication skills
National Driver’s Licence (Code B/EB/8)
Proven ability to manage teams and meet deadlines
