The client is seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to support high-value residential, commercial, and industrial electrical and controls projects.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional electrical estimating experience
- Established book of business and strong industry network
- Deep technical understanding of residential, commercial, and industrial electrical control systems
- Proven track record preparing competitive, profitable bids for complex projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with advanced electrical estimating software and digital takeoff tools preferred
- No licenses or certifications required
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for residential, commercial, and industrial electrical and control projects
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project scopes
- Calculate labor, material, and equipment requirements
- Leverage industry relationships and an established book of business to secure bidding opportunities
- Collaborate with project managers and clients on budget constraints and execution strategies
- Participate in bid strategy reviews
- Deliver competitive project proposals
- Perform ongoing cost analysis and risk assessments to safeguard project profit margins
