The successful candidate would need to manage day-to-day purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, PODs, and inventory updates, order processing, customer service coordination, and exception handling, ensuring accurate and timely order flow between Commercial, Finance, and Logistics ((EDI).

Key Requirements:

  • 3–5 years’ experience working with SYSPRO in an order-to-cash or customer service environment.
  • Experience with EDI processing, order management, and customer portals.
  • Good understanding of order flow, basic warehouse processes, and delivery coordination.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to resolve order and system exceptions.
  • Comfortable engaging with internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Logistics).
  • Intermediate Excel and reporting capability.
  • Grade 12
  • 3–5 years relevant experience in customer service / order management / EDI
  • Customer service-related qualification (Advantageous)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage EDI order processing (downloads, validation, error resolution, portal updates).
  • Monitor order queues and exceptions, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Communicate order issues, blocks, and stock constraints to relevant teams.
  • Coordinate order release and confirmations with warehouse and customers.
  • Handle customer queries relating to orders, deliveries, and documentation.
  • Maintain basic trackers and reporting on orders, service levels, and exceptions.
  • Support claims investigations and follow-ups with guidance from management.
  • Act as a central coordination point between Commercial, Finance, and Logistics
