The Role:
We are looking for an experienced eCommerce Product Manager to own the front-end experience and customer journey across our digital platforms. You will focus on enhancing user experience (UX/UI), optimizing conversion rates, and integrating customer communication and support tools like Zendesk to drive seamless interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define and execute the product vision for our eCommerce front-end and customer experience.
Develop and maintain a roadmap focused on user experience, conversion optimization, and customer engagement.
Continuously evaluate industry trends and competitor landscapes to identify areas of improvement.
User Experience & Conversion Optimization
Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, high-converting shopping experiences.
Conduct A/B testing and leverage customer behavior analytics to drive design and functionality improvements.
Optimize website and mobile performance, navigation, and checkout flows.
Customer Communication & Support
Integrate and optimize customer support platforms like Zendesk for seamless communication.
Work with customer support teams to identify common pain points and improve self-service tools.
Implement proactive engagement strategies like live chat, automated messaging, and personalization.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
Partner with engineering, marketing, and customer service teams to enhance the customer journey.
Define and track key metrics related to customer satisfaction, NPS, and retention.
Ensure smooth integration of eCommerce tools, third-party apps, and CRM systems.
Required Skills & Experience
4+ years in eCommerce product management.
Experience with eCommerce platforms;
Shopify would be advantageous.
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and conversion rate optimization.
Experience working with customer support tools (Zendesk, Intercom, etc.).
Proficiency in A/B testing, web analytics (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.), and eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Woo Commerce, etc.).
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making skills.
