Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5 x 8-Hour Days (08:00 AM – 04:30 PM)
On-Call Commitment: 1 weeknight per week (17:00 – 07:30) & 1 weekend every 4 weeks (Friday 17:00 – Monday 07:30)
Certifications Required: ARDMS (RDCS) OR CCI (RCS) & AHA BLS
Clinical Scope & Operational Responsibilities
- Diagnostic Echo Acquisition: Independently perform comprehensive echocardiographic studies, selecting appropriate imaging techniques, gain settings, and depth parameters to capture optimal cardiac structures.
- Equipment Optimization: Calibrate, adjust, and maintain lab equipment to ensure optimal signal-to-noise ratio, Doppler accuracy, and high-resolution image quality.
- Patient-Centered Care: Prepare, position, and educate patients on procedure protocols while maintaining safety and comfort throughout the scan.
- Pathology Tracking: Recognize and document cardiac abnormalities, valvular dysfunction, wall motion anomalies, and hemodynamic shifts for physician review.
Pay: $60.00 – $65.00 per hour
