Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative and technically skilled E-Learning Developer to design, develop, and deliver compelling digital learning solutions. You’ll work closely with our learning designers and subject matter experts to bring courses to life using the latest tools, interactivity, and multimedia.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for storytelling, user experience, and translating instructional design into polished, learner-centered e-learning modules.
Key Responsibilities
Course Development
Build engaging and accessible e-learning modules using industry-leading authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, and Camtasia.
Translate storyboards and instructional content into interactive digital learning experiences.
Design user-friendly navigation, assessment interactions, and responsive layouts across multiple platforms.
Design & Multimedia Integration
Integrate voiceovers, animations, graphics, and video elements as needed.
Collaborate with graphic designers or edit media assets as required to maintain brand consistency.
Implement accessibility and WCAG 2.1 compliance best practices throughout.
Collaboration & Project Delivery
Work closely with learning designers, project managers, and clients to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
Perform quality assurance testing to troubleshoot and optimize functionality before launch.
Stay current with trends and best practices in instructional design and learning technologies.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in e-learning development with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of learning solutions.
Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Rise, and at least one other major authoring tool (e.g., Captivate, Vyond, Camtasia).
Understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines with minimal oversight.
Experience working within Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM/xAPI formats.
Strong attention to detail, visual design, and UX sensibility.
Bonus: Experience with animation, motion graphics, HTML/CSS, or graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
