Job Summary:
As an E-commerce Administrator, you will handle customer queries and ensure smooth processing and dispatch of online orders placed through our online selling platforms: Takealot, Makro, Temu, and Shopify.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via our website, email, and other messaging platforms.
Ensure that our online orders are processed and dispatched on time for our customers.
Monitor and manage orders on the Takealot Seller Portal and Makro Marketplace.
Handle returns, cancellations, and delivery issues with efficiency.
Liaise with the warehouse staff and courier companies for collection.
Maintain accurate product listings and stock levels on the e-commerce platforms.
Reconcile customer warranty issues.
Communicate inventory, unresolved customer issues, etc., with Management.
Skills and Requirements:
· Experience in customer service and e-commerce support
· Familiarity with the Takealot and Makro seller dashboard
· Good time management and organisational skills
· Great interpersonal and written skills
· Computer literate (familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Acrobat)
· Attention to detail and ability to multitask
· Great organisational skills
· Critical thinker and problem solver
Qualifications:
· Grade 12 or Equivalent
· 1-2 years’ experience in the same or similar role

Pay: R5Â 500,00 – R6Â 000,00 per month
