Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Duty Manager located in Franschhoek, Western Cape, South Africa. The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the high standards of the property.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proven experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry – preferably from a 5-star property
Computer Proficiency – Protel
Knowledge of hotel operations and guest relations
Ability to work well under pressure
Experience with budgeting and financial management
Hospitality or Hotel Management degree is a plus
Valid Driver’s License
Ability to work shift
