We’re Hiring: Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Team Leader

We’re looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Team Leader to lead, motivate, and support a dynamic team in our Cape Town-based contact centre. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love empowering others to succeed, this could be your next big move!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead, coach, and inspire a team of customer service agents to exceed performance and quality standards
Handle escalations, support complaint resolution, and ensure customer satisfaction across multiple channels
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to drive improvement
Monitor day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflows and resource allocation
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve complex issues and streamline processes
Identify training needs, support onboarding, and promote continuous development
Report on team metrics and recommend process enhancements to improve customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
Fluency in Dutch (written & spoken) – essential
Valid South African ID or work permit
High School Graduate
2+ years’ experience in a Team Leader or Supervisory role within a contact centre
Strong customer service background (travel/tourism industry is a bonus)
Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
Experience with complaint handling, performance KPIs, and team development
Ability to work weekends on rotation and flexible hours (including daylight saving shifts)
Resilience, empathy, and a customer-first mindset
