Bargains is expanding its delivery operations and is seeking a dedicated and professional Delivery Driver to join our new delivery team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our commitment to providing exceptional service to our valued customers.
Job Responsibilities:
Efficiently and safely load and deliver stock to customer locations.
Accurately load and collect stock from customer premises.
Reliably load and collect stock from designated suppliers.
Transport stock securely between Bargains’ various premises.
Perform other related duties as required to support delivery operations.
Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal, for effective interaction with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
Ability to work collaboratively and contribute positively within a team environment.
Capacity to thrive and maintain composure in a dynamic and fast-paced work setting.
Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to completing tasks effectively and efficiently.
Ability to adhere to strict timelines and maintain punctuality.
Possession of a valid driver’s license and a confident driving record with a minimum of 5 years of driving experience.
Preferred Skills and Experience (Advantageous):
Comprehensive knowledge of the East London area and surrounding regions.
More than 5 years of driving experience.
Exceptional communication skills, further enhancing customer and stakeholder interactions.
