Are you a savvy negotiator with a sharp analytical mind and a passion for media? We’re looking for a Media Buyer to join our dynamic team and take charge of planning, negotiating, booking, and managing advertising placements across all media channels.
As a Media Buyer, you’ll be the driving force behind making sure our clients’ campaigns run smoothly, effectively, and cost-efficiently. From securing prime advertising spots to analysing performance and maximizing ROI, you’ll be at the heart of every media decision.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Buying & Booking
End-to-end media buying following internal buying processes
Manage bookings across digital, print, OOH, TV, and more
Ensure timely approvals and documentation with media owners
Negotiation & Relationship Building
Secure competitive rates and added value for clients
Maintain strong relationships with media vendors
Handle compensation for non-placement or misplacement
Budget & Billing Management
Track budgets and input into billing systems
Ensure billing accuracy and compliance with internal timelines
Update planners with monthly reports and budget reconciliations
Monitoring & Reporting
Track campaign performance and respond to issues in real-time
Provide detailed reporting, tear sheets, site bibles, and post-campaign analysis
Maintain accurate digital filing and campaign documentation
Experience & Skills:
5+ years of experience in Media Buying
Strong negotiation, planning, and analytical skills
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
High level of numeracy and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines
