We are looking for someone who can drive new business growth for DotCom Software by identifying, developing and converting opportunities across Microsoft Azure and related cloud services. Managing key client and partner relationships and aligning sales execution with delivery capability and divisional revenue targets.
Kew Deliverables:
- Drive revenue growth across cloud solutions, including Microsoft Azure migration, application modernisation, cloud architecture, and managed services offerings.
- Lead end-to-end proposal development in collaboration with pre-sales and delivery teams, ensuring commercial viability and alignment prior to submission.
- Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key clients and stakeholders through structured engagement plans and regular strategic interactions.
- Manage and track sales pipeline, opportunities, client feedback, and activity within the CRM system, delivering accurate weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Contribute to divisional revenue, customer acquisition, and profitability targets through proactive pipeline generation and targeted account development strategies.
- Analyse market trends, identify partnership opportunities, and monitor competitor activity to inform and refine sales strategy.
- Support go-to-market initiatives by contributing to case studies, client references, event participation, and other activities that enhance brand visibility and market presence.

Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of Three (3) year Diploma or degree (NQF7) in Information Technology/ Computer Science or related.
- Postgraduate qualification advantageous
- At least eight (8) to ten (10) years’ working Microsoft Azure-related solutions, cloud solutions managed services sales, proposal coordination, pipeline management and executive stakeholder engagement.
- Proven experience in new business development, technology solution sales or account growth within cloud, managed services or IT services environments.
- Two (2) to –three (3) years’ leadership or managerial experience in Microsoft Azure-related solutions, managed services sales and cloud solutions.
- Microsoft cloud sales or Azure-related certifications would be advantageous.
- Regular client engagement and travel may be required
