Pay: $20.00 per hour + performance-based bonuses
Position Overview
This is a full-time, field-based lead generation role. You represent the brand by going door-to-door in residential neighborhoods across the Quad Cities and engaging homeowners in conversation about window and door replacement services.
This is not a sales position. There are no closing responsibilities, no pricing discussions, and no contract handling. The sales team manages the consultation and sale process after appointments are scheduled.
What You’ll Do
- Go door-to-door in assigned residential neighborhoods
- Engage homeowners in friendly, professional conversations
- Introduce Renewal by Andersen products and services
- Generate interest in free in-home consultations
- Schedule appointments for the sales/design team
- Represent the brand professionally in the field
- Track leads and activity using a tablet or smartphone

Schedule
- Full-time position
- Daytime and early evening hours
- Work conducted outdoors in residential neighborhoods
- Territory-based assignments across the Quad Cities
Physical Requirements
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to travel within assigned territory
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Comfortable carrying marketing materials as needed
