Dispositions Manager for Real Estate Investment Company Jobs in Home Based at LPI Home Buyers LLC
As a Real Estate Disposition Manager for our U.S.-based real estate investment company, your core responsibility is to oversee the efficient sale of real estate assets, manage a team of disposition agents, and handle your own portfolio of approximately 5 deals per month. This is a FULL-TIME, REMOTE POSITION with a competitive salary plus commission structure!
Your duties will include:
Lead and manage a team of Disposition Agents, ensuring they meet individual and team performance goals and KPI’s.
Handle your own portfolio of approximately 5 deals per month, including handling the welcome call, scheduling showings, negotiating offers, communicating with all parties and ensuring the title company have what they need to close on time.
Prospect and qualify potential buyers through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, SMS, and online platforms.
Set appointments for potential buyers and Realtors to view properties.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property listings, buyer interactions, and appointment schedules.
Provide excellent customer service to sellers, potential buyers, and other stakeholders.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to sell properties efficiently.
Assist in negotiating sales contracts, coordinating inspections, communicating with the title company, and facilitating the closing process.
Compensation
Base Salary: $1,500 per month plus discretionary bonuses for the disposition’s team hitting their KPIs.
Commissions: $100 per closed deal from your own portfolio.
Requirements:
Fluent English Speaker: Must speak English fluently and effectively.
Experience:At least 1 year management experience AND 1 year real estate experience is required. Prior experience working for a U.S. based real estate investing company (or cash home buyer company) is a plus.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other real estate tools.
Strong Internet and Phone Connection: A reliable internet connection and phone line are a must.
Work Hours: Must work EST hours, 9 am – 6 pm (with a 1-hour lunch break) and be available to take calls on nights and weekends as needed for priority tasks.
