WAREHOUSE/DISPATCH/ADMIN CO-ORDINATOR
Manufacturing company in Kliprivier Randvaal (Between Alberton and
Meyerton) has a vacancy for an:
WAREHOUSE / DISPATCH CONTROLLER.

JOB SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience in a similar role
Minimum Grade 12 (Matric) successful pass
Good command of the English language
Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, good organizational / planning skills.
Stock Control of utmost importance
Energetic and driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Live in close proximity to workplace – Kliprivier Randvaal
Previous warehouse/stock control experience a must.
FORKLIFT license is an advantage, not compulsory.
MUST have driver’s license and own transport.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and coordinate all aspects of dispatch, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
2. Handle internal sales inquiries and assist customers with their orders.
3. Utilize SAP and Pastel to process orders, track inventory, and manage logistics. Proficiency in SAP and Pastel software systems is an advantage.
4. Provide excellent customer service, resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
5. Collaborate with various departments to ensure a smooth flow of operations.
6. Must be able to work well under pressure.
