Overview: Overseeing the journey of an order from the moment its placed which includes liaising with drivers, restaurants, CSA’s and market owners.
Role Responsibilities:
Sending out orders with efficiency to their routing.
Maintain effective and appropriate communication within driver channels.
De-escalate conversations with Market Operators – explaining dispatch and call center processes effectively and solving Market Operator issues without creating unrealistic expectations.
Updating the channel or dispatch leads about any market issues and any upset driver or market operator.
Ensuring orders get placed successfully to keep drivers moving throughout the day.
Troubleshooting driver and merchant issues to complete orders.
Checking driver schedules and communicating with the Market Operator to ensure adequate staffing levels.
