Location – Hybrid – South Africa (on-site 2-3 weeks per month)
Eton Bridge Partners are partnering with a high-growth, international manufacturer of specialty chemicals that are in high demand all over the globe, due to the environmental and performance improvements that it offers. This is a great opportunity to play a central role in scaling and optimising the operations of a growing listed business.
This is a build-and-scale leadership role, not a maintenance position. You will lead the ramping up of operations across multiple sites, with a broad range of responsibilities
Candidate profile:
- Has held operational leadership responsibility for at least 1 manufacturing site/processing facilities
- Sector experience with technically complex chemical or process manufacturing environments
- Proven success scaling operations and implementing improvements in process and systems
- Experience building and leading teams across
- A deep understanding of process safety and regulated environments.
- A hands-on, accountable leadership style
- Preferably holds a degree in Chemical Process Engineering or similar
