OC Bridges is one of Orange County’s most progressive community-based day programs for adults with developmental disabilities. Over the past few years, we’ve grown quickly, building a team of 40+ employees who share our mission: empowering individuals to learn, grow, and thrive in their community.

Reimbursements: $0.74/mile for mileage + $14 bi-weekly for cell phone use

What You’ll Do
As a Job Coach, you’ll:
- Mentor and support 1–3 individuals daily in the community
- Facilitate skill-based learning, daily outings, and community engagement
- Help individuals build self-confidence, work skills, and independence
- Provide patient, compassionate support tailored to each person’s unique needs

What We’re Looking For
- Age 21+ with a valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or higher (college growth opportunities available!)
- Available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–2:30 PM or 8:30AM-3:00PM
- Reliable personal vehicle (with registration, insurance, and license)
- Ability to pass DOJ/FBI background checks (LiveScan)
- A patient, positive, and flexible mindset
