Your Role and Impact
As a Digital Traffic Manager at the CMG, you’ll oversee the scheduling and coordination of digital projects—ensuring the right people are on the right tasks at the right time. You’ll work closely with the Client Services, Operations and delivery teams to move projects through our internal pipeline efficiently and effectively.
This role is perfect for someone who is highly organised, thrives under pressure, and enjoys bringing structure to a fast-moving agency environment. You’ll manage capacity, set timelines, flag delays, and unblock teams – all through Monday.com as a primary platform.
Types of projects you’ll help deliver
- CRM implementations and workflows
- Website design and CMS development
- Paid media and lead generation campaigns – PPC and SEO
- API integrations and automation flows
- Content marketing, email journeys, and branding collateral
- Cross-functional multi-service projects with tight timelines and diverse stakeholders
Responsibilities & duties
- Traffic and schedule work into the production team using Monday.com
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with PMs and leads
- Assign tasks and manage internal resource capacity across teams
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and remove blockers proactively
- Coordinate daily/weekly team check-ins and standups
- Escalate resourcing issues or timeline risks
- Provide regular status updates and delivery reports to senior team members
- Help define, QA, and uphold internal production processes
- Track project scope creep and ensure alignment with original briefs and business goals
- QA briefs and task scopes to ensure clarity before handoff
- Maintain and improve task management workflows in Accelo
- Coordinate post-project reviews and delivery reporting
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years experience in traffic management, project coordination or digital production scheduling in a digital marketing agency or environment.
- Practical working knowledge of PPC, SEO, CRM and Web Dev workstreams
- Familiarity with project management tools (Monday, ClickUp, etc.)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication—written and verbal—across teams and roles
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing deadlines
- Confident in prioritising tasks and following up on deliverables
- Comfortable using Slack, Google Workspace, and shared team tools
- Problem-solver who enjoys simplifying workflows and improving efficiency
