Role Description:
The Digital Signage Design Engineer serves as the lead technical point of contact for both internal and external customers, ensuring strong sales relationships and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary technical contact for sales-related matters.
Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas for improvement to meet sales targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through a consultative approach.
Negotiate contracts and maximize profitability, escalating large or high-risk deals when necessary.
Work with the technical team to identify and grow business opportunities.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions by managing customer expectations.
Handle challenging client requests and escalate issues when required.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Sales & Business Growth.
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue.
Communicate monthly/quarterly progress to management.
Maintain accurate weekly and monthly pipeline reports.
Ensure that targets are consistently met and exceeded.
Customer Satisfaction & Relationship Management:
Maintain high client satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
Project & Technical
Collaboration:
Engage with internal project teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
Work closely with technical teams to identify and expand opportunities.

Desired Skills & Experience:
3-5 years of experience in digital signage.
3-5 years of experience in system design and costing.
