Your Role
As Digital Project Manager, your mission is to manage digital projects from the ground up—making sure they’re delivered efficiently and exceed expectations. You’ll work with creative, technical, and strategic teams, keeping everything aligned and moving.
Key responsibilities include:
Planning and managing timelines, deliverables, and budgets
Coordinating with developers, designers, marketers, and clients
Tracking project progress and resolving any roadblocks
Adapting quickly to change and guiding your team through it
Communicating clearly with stakeholders every step of the way

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year working in a Digital Agency delivering Digital Projects (Mandatory)
Previous experience managing websites
Experienced in understanding client objectives and developing project plans that deliver on those objectives while adhering to budget and timeline constraints
Customer Success, Relationship Management, Account Management, or similar
A breadth of knowledge across the digital marketing and creative technology sector, including but not limited to knowledge of; CMS systems, web design and build, e-commerce, mobile web, SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and online advertising
Comfortable in leading communications or content delivery requirements
Calm and professional under pressure, able to make decisions and provide clear direction
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail
A high level of English speaking and communication skills
Strong use of digital project management tools
An understanding of the complexities and task flows for various digital products
