The Role:
We’re looking for a part-time Project Manager to oversee multiple digital marketing accounts. You will act as the key point of contact between clients and our team of contractors (ads managers, designers, etc.), ensuring projects run smoothly. You must be proactive, detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and capable of handling both clients and internal teams with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee multiple client projects (each billed at $100/month)
Act as the primary point of contact for both clients and contractors
Coordinate and communicate updates on Slack during UK working hours
Organize and lead weekly client calls
Track project deliverables and timelines
Hold contractors accountable to deadlines and KPIs
Troubleshoot issues related to paid ads, creative assets, and performance
Compile and deliver clear weekly reports to clients
Weekly Tasks Include:
Hosting weekly client meetings (via Zoom or Google Meet)
Reviewing ad performance and contractor output
Following up on pending deliverables
Ensuring communication and expectations are met on both sides
Responding to client queries promptly (within UK working hours)
Sample Scenarios You’ll Face:
Candidates will complete a short paid assessment based on real-life scenarios, including:
Managing missed deadlines and vague client briefs
Navigating ad disapprovals and platform issues
Handling demanding or misinformed clients
Holding internal contractors accountable
Requirements:
Excellent spoken and written English
2+ years in digital marketing or account/project management
Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
Able to stay calm and clear when dealing with client concerns
Confident managing multiple accounts with different deliverables
Proficient with Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom
Available during UK working hours
Bonus If You Have:
Experience with Meta/Google Ads campaign workflows
Background in agency environments
Familiarity with Supermetrics, CRMs, or tools like Asana/ClickUp
Pay Structure:
$100 per client/month
Part-time to start, with potential to scale into a full-time role as we grow
