Are you a Digital Marketing and Implementation Specialist with a passion for driving online success?
An esteemed Financial Services company is seeking a dynamic professional to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage at a meaningful level across client businesses, working with stakeholder teams to roll out the digital capabilities, systems, and processes needed to deliver bottom-line results.
Create awareness of the Consult value proposition and communicate the intellectual capital in the business by designing and developing digital marketing initiatives.
Deliver training and coaching and run workshops to ensure up-skilling and knowledge transfer on digital capabilities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to manage the implementation of digital marketing campaigns, contributing to strategic design thinking and brainstorming.
Plan and manage the end-to-end marketing campaign process, from concept to execution.
Implement the marketing communication process for new or enhanced digital functionality and tools.
Manage beta testing within the Consult community, assisting users in optimal use of all digital tools and driving change management.
Assist the Head of Marketing with ad hoc tasks and manage content for digital adverts and landing pages.
Monitor and evaluate competitor offerings and assist with reporting and insights of digital campaigns.
Engage with clients in a client-centric manner, designing project scope and objectives, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Provide training to user communities to promote user adoption of web service tools.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, delivering on service level agreements.
Participate in project teams and promote teamwork, positively influencing change initiatives.
Contribute to financial controls and planning by developing budgets and enhancing cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications:
A degree or diploma in related fields of Marketing. Digital Marketing certification will be an added advantage.
Experience:
3+ years of experience in providing marketing support in a corporate environment and rolling out a broad range of marketing initiatives.
