Background
The Digital Engagement Coordinator is responsible for ensuring WWF’s website and associated digital platforms are up to date, optimised, and performing at a high level. This role focuses on website content management, design, and optimisation informed by a data-led approach (60%), requiring a high level of technical competency. Additionally, the coordinator will support digital engagement initiatives (40%) through cross-platform user journeys that drive web traffic, grow WWF’s supporter base, and nurture supporters to deeper engagement with the brand. Key professional development areas in this role include digital marketing automation, CRM, and online engagement strategies.
