Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Technology Officer at Spenda Holdings. The CTO will be responsible for overseeing software development, project management, IT strategy, architecture, and product development. While the role is based in the City of Cape Town, there is flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
Software Development and Product Development skills
Strong IT Strategy and Architecture knowledge
Experience in leading and managing cross-functional tech teams
Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and implement best practices
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
