Our client is looking for a Dev Ops team member. If you have Kubernetes experience and a good understand of Operations and Deployments. Essential skills requirements:
Kubernetes – Deployment and Configuration over Helm
Pipeline Setup and Automation (e.g. Github Actions)
Infrastructure as Code & Git Ops tools like ArgoCD
Experience with ITIL Operation processes (Incident, Problem, Change management)
Experience with public cloud providers e.g. Microsoft Azure, AWS
Monitoring with Grafana + Prometheus + Loki
Version control and branching strategies (Git)
Linux and knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Bash)
OPS Design Patterns
Data Driven Architecture
Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
Advantageous skills requirements:
Kafka Knowledge
Confluence / Jira
Agile Working Model (AWM)
Fit-for-business-purpose mind-set i.e., the solutions provided must meet the business goals
Excellent communication skills and team-oriented work behaviour in a globally distributed team
Strong ability to understand and interpret Business needs and requirements with the ability to move concepts through to proposal and finally successful implementation
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and written) with both technical and non-technical colleagues / users
Proficient in conducting user research in foreign markets i.e., language barriers may exist
Responsibilities:
Incident-, Change- and Problem Management support
Setup and maintain CI, CD and Git Ops pipelines
Setup and maintain deployments
Kubernetes – Deployment and Config
Monitoring with Grafana + Prometheus + Loki
Support and implement worldwide rollout projects (migrate old system to new one)
Take part in regular Scrum meetings via MS Teams. Daily, Planning, Estimation, Refinement, Review, Retro
Liaise with stakeholders and collaborate with team members
Support existing solutions, Dev Ops
