As a Dev Ops Engineer, you’ll be responsible for helping the team to create and deliver new features, improve our client’s platform’s performance and increase its stability. You will also be required to help maintain systems by making sure they are working correctly and that all updates have been applied properly. You should also make sure your team is using the latest technologies in order to keep up with current trends.
Requirements
Provides direct and responsive support for urgent analytic needs.
Participates in architecture and software development activities.
Uses coding languages or scripting methodologies to solve a problem with a custom workflow.
Collaborates with others on the project to brainstorm about the best way to tackle a complex technological infrastructure, security, or development problem.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
4+ years of Java/J2EE development and/or server administration experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development using JAVA and other scripting languages.
Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems, Java, Spring Framework, Web Services and RESTful APIs a plus.
