A well-established insurance company in Johannesburg North is seeking a Software Development Lead to take charge of the technical evolution of their self-service digital platforms, including web and mobile applications.
This is a strategic role responsible for delivering seamless digital experiences for customers amongst other responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead development of customer self-service web and mobile platforms
Drive improvements in website performance, digital analytics and reporting
Oversee architecture within the development project
Ensure best practice across SDLC and development frameworks
Collaborate closely with various technical and digital teams
Requirements
✔ 6+ years experience as a software developer (C#, API and Flutter experience)
✔ 3+ years Leading Software development teams
✔ Good understanding of Mobile applications and integration
✔ Strong experience within SDLC
✔ Insurance industry experience advantageous
