Developer Responsibilities:
Design and Development: Create high-quality software solutions for our fintech applications, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to define, design, and ship new features.
Integration: Implement and maintain APIs and integrations with third-party services and financial institutions.
Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure reliability and user satisfaction.
Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for code, processes, and applications.
Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in software development, preferably in the fintech industry.
Skills:
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, Groove script, Node.js, Kotlin & Swift.
Experience with modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Django).
Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR) is a plus.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
