Job Description
Daily control of orders for despatch. Supervision of function and staff, loading and receiving of stock, housekeeping and stock rotation procedures.
Stock management (transfers and GRVs)
Documents printed
Staff supervised
Coordinate and plan loads
Reconciliations
Reports
Truck departures on time
Resolve customer complaints
Pressurised environment
6-day position
Required to work Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays as per shift roster
Required to work on a rotating 12-hour shift which includes night shift
May have to deal with customer complaints
Qualification Requirements
Grade 12 (matric) certificate or higher
Experience Requirements
3 years supervisory experience in a similar role in an FMCG environment
Warehouse and stock management experience
