We specialize in high-quality injection moulding solutions. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Maintenance Technician / Electrician to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform full maintenance on injection moulding machines, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Maintain and repair all auxiliary equipment, including conveyors, dryers, grinders, and other related machinery.
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols at all times.
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems, providing timely solutions to minimize production disruptions.
Perform building maintenance, including lighting, ventilation, and general upkeep.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of maintenance tasks.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts inventory.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician / Electrician, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
Strong knowledge of injection moulding machines and auxiliary equipment.
Proficient in reading electrical and mechanical schematics and diagrams.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
