We’re expanding our team and looking for Remote Desktop Support Engineers with expertise in Office 365, Cloud Infrastructure, Desktop Support, and Virtualization to join our growing workforce.
Your Role:
As a Remote Desktop Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and supporting IT operations for our clients. Please note this is a night shift role.
Your responsibilities include:
Office 365 Migrations & Deployments – Configure, deploy, and migrate Office 365 applications (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams). Experience migrating from on-premises servers to Office 365 is a plus.
Desktop Support – Assist with software installations, Intune deployments, and troubleshooting for project teams.
Windows Server Administration – Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and other key server components.
IT Security – Implement security measures to protect IT infrastructure.
IT Project Collaboration – Work closely with project teams to support deployed systems.
Documentation – Maintain comprehensive records of IT processes, procedures, and configurations.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years in Desktop support, specializing in Office 365, Azure, Desktop Support, and Server Administration.
Strong expertise in Azure cloud services, including Azure AD, Virtual Machines, and Storage.
Proficiency in Office 365 apps (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams).
Experience supporting Windows & macOS, including hardware troubleshooting and software installations.
Hands-on experience with Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy).
Bonus Skills
Familiarity with Intune deployments.
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware).
Knowledge of security best practices and IT infrastructure protection.
Highly Preferred Certifications
MCSE Certification
Azure Certified
VMware Certified
Cybersecurity Certifications (e.g., SANS, GIAC, Fortinet)
