Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Deputy Principal to join our leadership team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in upholding our commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and holistic student development.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Principal to implement the school’s strategic vision and mission.
Oversee curriculum development and ensure alignment with IEB standards.
Lead and support faculty in delivering innovative and effective teaching methodologies.
Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes student well-being and achievement.
Manage day-to-day school operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and staff supervision.
Engage with parents, students, and the broader community to build strong partnerships.
Qualifications and Experience
A recognized teaching qualification and registration with SACE.
A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of curriculum development and academic leadership.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
