Working Hours
Monday: 8.30am – 5.00pm
Tuesday: 8.30am – 6.45pm
Thursday: 8.30am – 5.00pm
Friday: 8.30am – 4.30pm

Our practice is conveniently located in the heart of Blairgowrie town, with free parking nearby and a bus stop within walking distance. Using the latest technology and techniques, our enthusiastic team offers friendly and professional services, including tooth whitening, dental implants (including CHROME Guided
SMILE), clear aligners, composite bonding, crowns, bridges, and facial aesthetics.
Your Role
You will be responsible for providing a professional reception service and ensuring excellent patient care in line with our practice values.
Additional responsibilities include:
Creating a welcoming environment for patients
Using the Software of Excellence system to maintain accurate patient records
Answering calls, scheduling appointments, and collecting charges
Maintaining reception cleanliness standards
Managing the appointment book to optimize surgery utilization and meet patient needs
Ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines
About You
Relevant experience in a general practice environment is desirable. You should have a proven track record in a customer/patient-focused reception role, demonstrate high levels of patient care, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and develop new skills are essential.
