A globally recognised premium consumer brand business is seeking an experienced Demand & Supply Planner to join its Africa operations team.

This role is suited to a seasoned planning professional who can step into a highly visible position and operate confidently across demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimisation, replenishment planning and S&OP processes across multiple African markets.
The successful candidate will partner closely with commercial, finance, marketing, operations and supplier teams to ensure forecasting accuracy, stock availability, service levels and overall supply chain efficiency within a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Key requirements:
• Proven end-to-end demand and supply planning experience
• Strong exposure to S&OP, forecasting and inventory management
• Experience working with ERP systems and forecasting tools
• Advanced Excel capability
• Africa market exposure essential and non-negotiable
• FMCG, Beverage or related premium consumer industry experience preferred
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management capability
• Leadership potential with the ambition to progress into a future Planning Director succession role
