Full Job Description
Are you reliable, hardworking, and looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced retail environment? About Cats & Dogs is looking for a Driver & Warehouse Assistant to join our team at our head office at Stellenbosch Square on the R44 between Somerset West and Stellenbosch.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with picking and packing stock for delivery
Help keep the warehouse clean, organised and tidy
Load and unload stock at our stores and warehouse
Safely transport stock between our warehouse and retail locations
Work closely with the team to ensure deliveries are completed efficiently and on time
Requirements:
2 Years experience as a delivery driver
Valid South African driver’s licence (Code 8 or higher)
Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy items
Previous warehouse or driving experience is an advantage
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Reliable, punctual and able to follow instructions
Comfortable working as part of a team
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00. Occasional over-time will be expected.
