Job Title: Delivery Driver & Balloon Assistant

Job Purpose
To safely and efficiently deliver balloon orders to clients, assist in-store with balloon preparation, and provide friendly, professional customer service that reflects The Balloon Stop brand.
Key Responsibilities
Load, transport, and deliver balloons and decor items to customers across Johannesburg and surrounding areas.
Ensure timely and accurate deliveries with proper handling of delicate balloon arrangements.
Assist with setting up balloon decor at event venues when required.
Support the store team with balloon inflating, packing, and general assistance when not on deliveries.
Maintain cleanliness and care of the delivery vehicle.
Follow delivery routes and schedules as instructed.
Handle cash or mobile payments when necessary and issue proof of delivery.
Communicate clearly with customers and the team about delivery timing, issues, or special instructions.
Uphold high standards of customer service, professionalism, and punctuality.
Minimum Requirements
Valid South African driver’s license (Code 08/B or higher).
Clean driving record.
Familiarity with Johannesburg roads and GPS use.
Must be able to lift and carry balloon arrangements and decor items.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Punctual, trustworthy, and responsible.
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
Prior delivery or customer service experience is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R6Â 000,00 – R7Â 000,00 per month
