The Opportunity
We're looking for an ambitious Delivery Consultant to join our successful Technology team in Durban.
Working alongside an experienced UK delivery team, you'll recruit for a diverse range of permanent Technology and Engineering positions across the UK, Europe and the USA.
No two days are the same. You'll manage multiple live vacancies across different industries, build talent pipelines, engage with high-quality candidates and play a key role in delivering exceptional recruitment solutions for our clients.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys recruitment delivery, loves working at pace and is motivated by achieving results.
What You'll Be Doing
- Sourcing and engaging high-calibre Technology and Engineering professionals.
- Managing multiple permanent vacancies across international markets.
- Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines.
- Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates.
- Coordinating interviews and managing candidates through the recruitment process.
- Working closely with consultants to deliver outstanding service to clients.
- Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date.
- Achieving individual and team KPIs within a high-performance environment.
What We're Looking For
- Previous recruitment experience as a Delivery Consultant, Resourcer or Recruitment Consultant.
- Experience recruiting permanent positions (Technology or Engineering recruitment experience is advantageous).
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting capability using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
- Organised, resilient and motivated by working in a target-driven environment.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys delivering results.
Flexibility Matters
Our clients are based across the UK, Europe and the USA, so while this role is based in Durban, there will be times where flexibility with working hours is required to support interviews, client meetings and recruitment activity across different time zones.
