Responsibilities
Job Overview:Responsible for the full deliveries to be on time.
Monitoring of stock
Ensuring all incidents and accidents are reported timeously
POD control
Safe working practices
Housekeeping
Following Standard Operating Procedures
Assist the driver in the loading and offloading of the product
Assist with the moving of vehicles in the safest possible manner for delivery to customers
Loading and offloading at customers
Securing loads and ensuring that the product is always properly secured in transit
Assist the driver and report any damage to any property
Assist where possible with control of paperwork
Qualifications
Matric is essential
Code 10 or higher valid driver’s license with PDP will be an advantage
Excellentcommunicationand organizational skills
Strong interpersonal andproblem-solvingabilities – effective in handling and interacting with customers
Familiarity with local streets, neighborhoods and routes
Highly responsible & reliable
Ability to work well under pressure in afast-paced environment
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
The ability to workflexible hours
