About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Debtors/Creditors/Invoicing Clerk to join our team on a Contractor basis. Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for managing debtors and creditors accounts, invoicing, and providing general accounts and administrative support.
Duties
and Responsibilities
Processing invoices and payments
Reconciling accounts receivable and payable
Following up on outstanding payments
Assisting with month-end financial reports
Handling queries from suppliers and customers
If you have a National Certificate, reside in Nelson Mandel Bay (Port Elizabeth), and have experience in a similar role, we would like to hear from you. Strong attention to detail, excellent numerical skills, and proficiency in pastel accounting software are key for this position.
