Full Job Description
The Donald Brown Group, a leading name in the salt industry, is seeking a dynamic Debtors/Creditors Clerk to join our finance team in Upington. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team with a primary focus on debtors’ invoicing.
Perform ongoing analysis on sales prices, product margins, and overall profitability.
Manage petty cash.
Process and reconcile debtors and creditors.
Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
Actively support the accountant with day-to-day tasks, reports and any other work necessary to ensure smooth financial operations.
Knowledge and Skills
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
Computer literacy: Advanced Microsoft Office skills. Knowledge of Xero and CINCORE 7 will be an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and continuously improve.
Salary package: Negotiable, depending on experience and qualification.
