Minimum Requirements:
· At least 3 years of experience in a call center environment (preferably in collections, debt review, or financial services)
· Must be 25 years or older
· Strong communication and negotiation skills
· Ability to handle high call volumes and meet targets
· Solid understanding of debt review processes is a strong advantage
· Clear criminal record
Key Responsibilities:
· Contact clients who are in financial distress
· Assess their situation and guide them through the debt review process
· Handle objections and provide accurate, empathetic information
· Update client records and follow up where necessary
· Meet daily and monthly performance goals
