NOW HIRING: Experienced Debt Review Sales Consultants (Closers Only)
Location: In-person | Type: Full-Time | Salary: R6,000 – R10,000 + Commission
Debtlite Solutions is expanding, and we’re looking for experienced Debt Review Closers who are hungry for success, performance-driven, and ready to help South Africans take control of their finances.
If you do not have direct experience in Debt Review sales as a Closer, your application will not be considered.
About the Role
We are seeking strong closers—sales professionals who have proven success in converting leads into clients within the Debt Review industry. At Debtlite Solutions, we help over-indebted consumers regain financial stability by restructuring debt repayments through lower interest rates and installments.
Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
✔ Proven experience in Debt Review Sales – This is compulsory
✔ Strong closing ability with a track record of high conversions
✔ Fluent in English (Multilingual is a bonus)
✔ Comfortable using iDocs, MS Word & Excel, and working on a dialer system
✔ Financially driven, motivated, and able to perform under pressure
