Job Type: Full-time
Working Days: Weekdays (8 hours plus breaks) and occasional Saturdays (4 hours)
Salary & Benefits: R6 000,00 per month gross salary

About The Client:
Our client, a debt collection company based in Bellville, is seeking debt collectors to join their team.
Key Performance Areas:
Achieve allocated collection targets.
Meet productivity targets through effective communication and negotiation.
Monitor and optimize Promise to Pay (PTP) commitments daily.
Maintain accurate debtor information and ensure proper account maintenance.
Apply laws, rules, and regulations relevant to the collections process.
Handle interactions with empathy, tact, and professionalism.
Understand and meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity targets.
Track metrics such as number of calls made, productive hours, and Right Party Contacts (RPCs).
Convert RPCs into PTPs and ensure PTPs lead to successful collections.
Manage average PTP value effectively.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance regulations.
Requirements
Requirements:
Matric Certificate
Minimum 2 years experience in outbound debt collections, outbound sales, or outbound customer service.
Clear criminal record.
Strong communication skills.
Computer literate.
Familiarity with collections systems is advantageous.
