Key Tasks And Responsibilities
The Group’s Sales consultant will:
Obtain client information by making calls to dealers or F&I’s and informing clients about the products and services offered.
Determine eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
Establish policies by capturing correct client information; inclusive of premium confirmation and transferring to Underwriting (confirming pricing).
Inform clients by explaining procedures; correctly answering questions and providing information.
Maintain communication by reporting problems.
Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
Accomplish sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Contact businesses or private individuals by phone.
Ensure & communicate sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service.
Describe products and services and correctly respond to questions.
Solve all basic and some complex client queries or problems and re-route more complex problems to a relevant person or department.
Have an in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and be able to take the customer through the sales process as well as obtaining customer information.
Obtain possible customer leads and maintain customer/potential customer databases.
Follow up on initial contacts and build relationships with dealers or F&I’s.
Achieve agreed closing or conversion ratios and sales.
