Position: Â Data Scientist (Sql, Aws R1Mil To R1.3Mil Per Annum

Responsibilities:
Understand and interpret business requirements and translate them into analytical reporting solutions.
Play a leading role in the development and application of predictive models across the entire credit life cycle.
Conduct continuous research aimed at identifying predictors and enhancing model development practice and techniques.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of scorecard strategies.
Utilize skills in Active Learning, Change Agility, Credit Risk Analysis, Data Science, Machine Learning, Predictive Modelling,Problem Solving& Analytical, Python Programming, R Code, SQL, and Statistical Data Analysis.
Qualifications and
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or Quantitative fields or related fields.
Postgraduate degree in quantitative or related fields (advantageous).
5 to 8 years of commercial data analytics experience.
Data warehouse experience.
ODS experience.
Good experience with data structures.
Structured and unstructured data experience.
AWS experience (some cloud experience but not essential).
Data modelling experience.
Data visualisation experience.
Data mapping experience.
