This role is within Retail Insure Growth Analytics
, who determine and drive customer context across Retail Insurance. The team explores new data sources and analytical methods that enable innovation and creativity in finding the sweet-spot where customer need meets business objective. We collaborate with multiple stakeholders in designing and implementing customer journeys for campaigns and offers that deliver contextual and personalised solutions. Our journeys and experiments aim to rank the right product at the right time to a customer.
The successful candidate will be empowered to think creatively and take ownership of their work. They will generate actionable insights and recommendations that influence changes across the business. The role will include tracking and analysing sales performance, dreaming up ideas, actioning experiments, implementing findings and creation of convincing presentations.

Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Qualification: B Degree in Mathematical Sciences, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Engineering
Preferred
Qualification:
Honours Degree
A minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience.
Intermediate to advanced coding skills in SAS
Intermediate knowledge on advanced analytical techniques e.g., statistical methods, segmentation, optimisation, experimental design
Leadership experience will be advantageous.
